300g Baby Potatoes
250g Mushrooms, chopped
1⁄3 Green Pepper
1⁄3 Red Pepper
3 Cloves fresh garlic, finely grated
Knob of butter
Salt to taste
Boil the potatoes, untill just done.
Fry the bacon until almost crispy, then add the chopped mushrooms and peppers and fry for approximately five minutes. Halve the boiled potatoes and add this to the rest of the ingredients. Stir through and enjoy.
