This is enough for four sosaties


2 mealies, cut into quar­ters
12 medium sized brown mush­rooms
25 cm piece of boere­wors, cut into eight even sized pieces
4 sosatie sticks
2 table spoons melted butter


Start by slid­ing a mush­room onto the skewer, fol­lowed by a mealie (this is not nearly as easy as it sounds) then another mush­room, fol­lowed by a piece of boere­wors and so on. Cook slowly and baste with your melted but­ter, as the mush­rooms tend to dry out very eas­ily. Enjoy.
